Refund Policy for "Anokhay Parents"
1.Refund Eligibility:
Personal reasons/extenuating circumstances:
1.1 - Full refunds will be provided within one week of the orientation if the participant wants a refund due to personal reasons.
1.2a - For small group AP, to be eligible for a partial/prorated refund, the participant must have completed less than two modules of the course. After this period, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis since the spot is no longer replaceable after two weeks of start date.
1.2b - For large group AP, full refunds are given for up to attending module three. After module four, full refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
1.3 - We do not hold spots or accept rain checks on scholarships. Participants who win a partial scholarship spot and are unable to avail it will be refunded their partial payment. They must apply again for future scholarships.

At TPEP, we stand behind our workshops and aim to deliver more value than what you pay for. However, we understand that despite our best efforts, our work might not be a good fit for everyone. If you are dissatisfied with AP, we are happy to give you a full refund. Please consider the following clauses carefully when asking for a dissatisfaction refund.
1.3- Full refund is given to participants who (a) attended at least 6/8 sessions live with their video turned on a vast majority of the time (b) participated in break-out rooms with video/audio turned on (c) watched all the pre-recorded content in the members' area (d) completed and shared their homework in WhatsApp/Facebook group
Upon receiving a request, we will seek to verify that the above four requirements are met. Refunds will only be issued to participants who can fulfill all four requirements of the course as these are mandatory parts of the course for the course to be effective.
1.4- The participant understands that by getting a full refund, TPEP reserves the right to refuse them admission to future courses, scholarships, discounts and/or dispensing of 1:1 sessions. This is because we pride ourselves on our excellent work and dissatisfaction with our work reflects a poor fit between the participant and TPEP’s work.
2.Refund Procedure:
2.1 - To request a refund, participants must email us on [email protected] and provide bank details if they paid via local bank transfer. Otherwise their credit card will be issued a refund.
3. Refund Processing:
3.1 - Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving a valid refund request.
3.2 - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3.3 - Upon approval of the refund request, the participant's access to course materials and the AP WhatsApp/Facebook group will be revoked.
4. WhatsApp Group Policy:`
4.1 - For courses including an official TPEP WhatsApp/Facebook group, participants will be removed from the group once the refund is issued.Â
4.2 - Participants who have received their refund are expected to respect the privacy of the WhatsApp phone numbers and course participants' privacy and refrain from contacting them outside of the group. TPEP is not responsible for interactions of group members with withdrawn members.
5. Exceptions:
5.1 - In exceptional cases such as technical issues preventing access to the course or instructor-led cancellations, refunds may be granted at the discretion of TPEP.
6. Course Materials:
6.1 - Once your refund is issued, your access to course materials and the AP WhatsApp/FB group will be revoked.
6.2- Participants may keep any print outs they have. However, workbooks/worksheets will not be available for download after the refund is issued.
6.3- Participants may not download or save videos or recordings from the course.
7. Policy Changes:
7.1 - TPEP reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice
